Some updates

Spent the whole of last week coding cs3214..... until i broke down... but i'm fine le :P

had an enjoyable weekend with dear :D we met up with Rhapsody 2004 Voices people for dinner at chomp chomp... the place is not crowded for no reason :P After that... we went bishan for a cuppa :D

Stayed in hall over this weekend... coz daddy n mummy are at China :P so since dear's tuition on sunday was cancelled... he came over to my hall with my brunch :P yummy!! :D hahaha... n dear get to have some rest before the next tuition session... :P

Recently downloaded fish's new album :D really nice!! i'm going to buy the original copy :D when they gai ban.... hahah most prob is the ktv n music disc tog... i hope!! love all the songs inside!! :D

Really very gian to sing KTV!! :( when will the day come?!

My cousin managed to get me a pair of tickets to sunday's show... so happy!! but i was so disappointed!! :(

the seats are pretty good :P hhaaa very front... but it's at the side but still not bad.... :P but the people sitting around us are all weirdos!!! firstly, the couple sitting in front of us... nothing wrong except that the guy's head is toooooo big!! blocked my view :( then i switch places with dear... since he's taller.. then his view will not be affected by bighead.... :P then the people sitting beside me (on my left) is super irritating... this guy trying to take picture in the dark with his camera.... IN the first place, PICTURES ARE NOT ALLOWED.... n he's taking without flash... what kind of pictures can u get?!..... then the lady who was sitting beside me keeps using her hp.... like sms.... take video... -_-"" it's really irritating to have a bright light source on n off when the whole place is in darkness!! On top of tt... it really disturb people who are trying to enjoy the show... grrr.. then she never silent mode the phone... halfway thru the show.. there's this barking sound... which is her sms alert la..... R SINGAPOREAN DEAF? Don't they know what it meant by switching OFF handphone so that u won't disturb the others!! :(

During the halftime... we switched seats to somewhere else... n the lady is still sms-ing during the second half...

The show itself is of a great disappointment!! i think apart from jacky chueng, evonne hsu, n chen song ling.... the rest are from CHINA! it's like a china production la.... I'm glad i din't buy the tickets... else i'll vomit blood!! The way they sing is the China classical way of singing la!! so off!! don't fit the show lor.... the lyrics.. i suspect is translated by china people lor.. the meaning is so china based!! what 宝宝吃饱了就可爱... what rubbish lor...... so different with the style of 我和你永不分离... -_-"" make the songs so off from the tune... so sad :( to the listener... it feels so out of place.... it sounded like a total mismatch! to me, it is as if chinese is a foreign language.. coz it's so OFF! i can imagine it's gonna be SO much nicer if it is in cantonese!! :( then the wolf sounded exactly like the sun wu kong we hear on the tv serial!!!! dun they know they difference between the two animals?! n he's pitchy voice speak so fast that i dun even catch wat the heck he's trying to say la!! :( sighhhhhhhhhhhhh it's like watching a china production....

I was utterly disappointed with evonne hsu's performance..... she's the female lead!! yet her voice cannot match the music's dynamics! when singing duet.. jacky's voice can almost totally cover her... so sad... even her own solo parts she also cannot sing well... some part flat etc... :( in comparison... chen song ling did a much better job.... not only vocally better.. she sings with much feeling... i feel so touched when she sing... but not when evonne.... sad huh..... No doubt jacky is VERY VERY good!! he's powerful la!! although some parts could be done better but he's still very good... could be age catching up with him.. :P but it's really touching when he's singing the song when his beloved died... on man......... can cry one lo....

think a lot of people are watching coz of jacky cheung.. which is true... i think if he's not the male lead.. the whole show would be pretty sucky..... firstly is the storyline.... SUPER LAME?! poor guy falls in love with rich ger (acceptal scenerio) then another rich guy falls in love with rich ger(pretty typical) rich ger's sister also fall in love with poor guy (very cliche..... ) rich ger mum wans rich guy to marry rich ger (tt's nothing new) rich guy tells poor guy that poor guys is obstructing rich ger's future (VERY typical) to leave rich ger.... poor guy commit crime so that he's jailed....(what?! y does he need to be imprisoned to leave the ger?! y can't he just disappear??!! *knock**knock*) rich guy n mum tells rich ger that poor guy's dead in prison... rich ger marries rich guy (-_-"" so much for loving poor guy) poor guy released from prison... met rich ger's sis.... blah blah blah (shall skip this part coz it's pretty boring) anyway... the poor guy went to look for rich ger.... saw rich ger... but she ran away after seeing him.... before long... news report rich ger's killed by her husand (rich guy).... poor guy's depressed.... wolf appears n tell him that he can travel back to time to see rich ger.. but cannot change history (WAHHHH.... ) and poor guy travelled back to the time before rich ger was killed.... apparently the rich guy killed her coz he cannot accept that she dun love him and she want to leave him... (huh?! thought he knew tt long ago!?) poor guy saw rich ger die.... n decided to stay with her... which means he'll die too..... then the next thing is both of them got together after death.... -_-""" lame right?!!! i mean it's the acting which makes it romantic la... other than tt.. nothing special...... it's sounds like a secondary level drama script lo.... hheeehhh

such disappointment..... how i wish i can get to watch the cantonese version.. but not possible le.... sighhhhh whoever knows where can find the vcd let me know!! :P

Never forget how fortunate you are...

I was pretty much cursing on the unfortunate events happened to my life recently... was feeling a little low... n start to lose the thought on cherishing whatever i have... till today...

I started to realise that i've been letting myself to feel upset.... and the actual fact is that there are so many more over people out there facing much more miserable stuff than i do.. n i should be glad of what i have....

Haahaa.. what an interesting way life tells me things..... nothing is more convincing than realising it yourself... sighhh so much happened to the people around me.... they're experiencing so much more probs..... like relationships... family... n death as well.... In comparison.. my so-called problems are so much insignficant.... n this thought made me feel so much better :D

In conclusion... 1 should not dwell too much into his/her own unhappiness because at the end of the day, you're definitely not the most miserable one... n only urself have the strength to pull yourself out of the situation..... yes.. you are sad (that's for sure)... but if you give yourself a chance, you'll realise you're much more 'stronger' than u thought.... :D so, always stay positive!

I pray that all the difficulties and tough time faced by all the people around me will be over soon... The healing power of time.... and we'll soon realise that we're a better person than before! :D jia you ba!

my project is driving me nuts! today is bad day :( just conversed with winson on the phone... they're thinking of restructuring with the team working style... into something i proposed long along..... wat the f**k.... i said it long ago le.. then now then wanna change... of coz i'm all supportive of it! grrrr pls guys!! have a sense of urgency pls!! :( sobs sobs...

was working at causeway point hello shop promoting the new HP palm phone... grr sales SUPER bad la!! :( then today still kena a bitch... :( i already made my disclaimer but she behave as though i nv warn the customer abt potential prob!!! $%#^%&$&^#%^#^ most prob next week i not working ba... unless there's a change in price plan.. but i lain good groundwork for my branch le lo.... damn it la... most will go home think think think then by the time they buy.... not my comm le lor... n i get all sorts of ridiculous ple... ple who take me as techincal help desk! u misuse ur pdt not my prob okay! i was out of good intention tt i help u.... grrr wat i get in the end? a very potential buyer walking away!!!!!! :( all sorts of farnie qn..... use ur brain la... where got so powerful one... of coz u connect to ur company network u can asess the email add of all the staff la!!! DUH... provided u know how to set it up la! like tt is so different from u config ur email acc and u can have all ur colleagues email add in ur mailbox..... duh.. i at nus my mailbox also realtime wat.. when i'm on the network.. it's abt connecting the network la! peabrain!!! if it's so powerful then the other brands no biz le la!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Life sucks! I'm so stretched out.... so alone...

Gaining momentum...

Just came back from a 30 min walk in NUS from KR to RVR... had a proj meeting and ended at 12plus... so no bus so gotta walk back lo :P quite a nice walk except it's not windy enuff :(
However, it reminded me of the NUS night walk i had with dardar 1.5 yr ago... :P hhaaaa memorable time!! :D really missed the days when deardear is still in school.... awwwhhh

hahaa although today meeting a not a lot of progress for my team... it's one big step for myself.. at least i'm much clearer abt certain things le n start to really work on the proj :D i'm out to conquer the bEANS! haha :P can feel the momentum le!! :D hhaaaaa gonna drill on it lo....

Had dinner with deardear at the new restuarant in PS... the one like Fish & Co... haha but forgot the name of the place le.... but i've been wanted to try the food there... since we ain't tt hungry.. we shared the main course :D the fries are indeed nice (as recommended) so is the rice n the prawn... the fish tasted okay in comparison... haha i luv the sauce on the prawn!! super yummy!! on top of tt, uob card members get 15% discount! hahaaa i'm gonna visit there again someday!! n try the seafood platter for 2!! with other seafood on top of those i listed above.. :D one thing to note... the cream of mushroom only tasted average :D quite a nice alternative to the usual Fish & Co :D

Taking a break from cs3214...

Just finished mopping my room's floor. so dusty!! and finally i changed my chair.. haha after huili confirmed tt it was spoilt. the new one is definitely new coz the plastic wrapper is still around it :P haha but it doesn't have the adjustable back support the old one has... but it'll do just fine :D

Finally rhapsody is over le :D hahha must thank all my friends who came all the way to SCH to support!! really appreciate it!! haha many thanks to vianne, joelle n shiya!! haha coming down with their laptops. many thanks to koko, tata n qiqi too! :D hugz u gals are always there for my performances :D lotsa thanks winson, jen n ruijuan :D the pioneers of Rhapsody comm and many thanks for the roses :D so pretty! n also winson for lending me his camera :D many thanks to mike n raine who came despite not feeling well and their busy schedule :D N of coz DARDAR for listening to my woes and rushing down straight from work :D hahah n most importantly the entirely the Rhapsody COmm especially huili!!! hahah many thanks for going thru the trouble for the music... :D MOst MOst importantly is LOTZ LOTZ thanks to my fashion consultants and "gen ban" edith, shuhui and KKT!!! heeee the last min shopping was great fun and i really appreciate all your efforts and help!!! (touched to tears le) sorry that i didn't get into the top 8... :( lang fei your effort but everyone said i looked great!! :D thanks to ur miracle touch!!
This experience is definitely a great learning experience... hahah but i did terribly muaahah :P i mean it's a great step that i managed to get into finals but then i failed to perform up to my own expectation... tt's the sad part! :P i'm challaging myself rather than compared to others... but i failed.. but i'll try again!! hahaa still bu si xin :P
